1. Service Description

Honest is a B2B pharmaceutical marketplace connecting licensed pharmacies with medicine warehouses in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The app allows pharmacies to browse, order, and track delivery of pharmaceutical products.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be licensed pharmacy owners or authorized representatives.
• A valid pharmacy license number and document must be provided during registration.
• Honest reserves the right to reject or suspend any account that does not meet eligibility requirements.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders are placed via the app and confirmed by the respective warehouse.
• Available payment methods: Cash on Delivery (CASH), Credit (CREDIT), Deferred Payment (DEFERRED).
• Displayed prices include VAT (14%) unless otherwise stated.
• Orders can only be cancelled before the shipping stage.

4. Delivery

• Estimated delivery times vary by zone and are displayed before order confirmation.
• Delivery fees are calculated based on delivery zone and clearly displayed.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.

5. Prohibited Use

• Using the app for unlawful purposes or in violation of Egyptian law.
• Providing false information about the pharmacy or license.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or app systems.
• Reselling medicines in violation of Egyptian Drug Authority regulations.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). Upon deletion:

• All personal data is anonymized immediately.
• Account deletion is blocked if you have active orders (pending confirmation, preparation, or shipping).
• Order and invoice records are retained in anonymized form per legal requirements.

7. Liability

• Honest is an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the quality of products provided by warehouses.
• Each warehouse is responsible for its product quality, expiry dates, and compliance with Egyptian Drug Authority standards.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first; if unsuccessful, Egyptian courts shall have jurisdiction.
